FOUNDER / COMPOSER - Raney Shockne is an Award-winning music composer and producer who has written and produced songs for Pitbull, Britney Spears, Giorgio Moroder, Matthew Koma, Foxes and has scored over 30 films and 100 television shows.
Shockne was co-founder and creative director of Purepost Music from 2005-2008 where he created a crossover music house for both the General and Latin Market. Most notably, Purepost Music’s Award-Winning Toyota Hybrid campaign was first the ever Spanish-English crossover commercial in Super Bowl history.
Raney founded Anthem Audio Arts with the idea of bringing his film and pop/rock music alliances to the advertisement community. His award-laced, multi-platinum assembly of musicians work with the idea of translating ‘hit making’ formulas to commercial music.
COMPOSER - Matt Malley is an Oscar, Grammy and Golden Globe-nominated songwriter who is also recognized as a founding member and long-time bassist for the multi-platinum rock band, Counting Crows.
With over 20 million records sold to date, Matt brings a level or rock / folk experience to the field that is simply unprecedented.
COMPOSER - Jeeve is a Latin Grammy Winning producer and multi-instrumentalist extraordinaire who had written and produced with Carlos Santana, Tupac Shakur, Paulina Rubio, Thalia, Beto Cuevas, Lina and The Game.
With over 10 million records sold to date, and production on over 50 albums, Jeeve is now appearing as the premier Latin composer/producer for several top campaigns including Allstate, Verizon, Saturn and Honda.
Jeeve is a valuable utility asset to Anthem’s core writer base.
COMPOSER - Charles Stella is a composer, producer and engineer who has written and produced with Norah Jones, Mos Def, Wax Poetic, Brazilian Girls, Cindy Lauper, Thievery Corporation, as well as many film, video game and TV placements.
Charles is an award winning industrial / rock composer, who has steadily worked with clients like Visa, Kaiser Permanente, Cisco, and Juniper Networks.
SOUND DESIGN - Tim Farrell is an Emmy-Award Winning sound-designer whose credits include STAR TREK: Discovery and THE WALKING DEAD.
After attending the USC School of Cinematic Arts, Tim joined Oscar-winning sound-house Soundelux. At Soundelux, Tim honed his craft working some of the top sound designers in his field on films such as THE LAST SAMURAI, SEABISCUIT, KILL BILL, and CRASH. Tim later joined the post-production team at Warner Brothers, where he worked on hit shows including TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CHRONICLES (FOX), LUCK (HBO/Michael Mann), ELEMENTARY (CBS), and HAWAII 5-0 (CBS).
COMPOSER - Jacques Brautbar is the founder, guitar player, arranger and songwriter for Sony Recording artist Phantom Planet. Jacques collaborated on the band’s three singles: “California”— the smash hit and theme song to the acclaimed show The O.C.,“Lonely Day” and “Big Brat.”
After Phantom Planet, Jacques continued his musical writing, working with legendary songwriters Jimmy Harry (Pink, David Archuleta) and Adam Schlessinger (Jonas Brothers).
Jacques is now a full-time composer, having finished a stint at Remote Control (Hans Zimmer), and writes almost exclusively for commercials —most recently for McDonalds, Sears, Lexus and NHL.
A&R - Sebastian Robertson’s guitar licks are only comparable to his great ear in music. From blazing instrumentalist to A&R exec to composer extraodinaire, his wealth of experience is a cornerstone to the Anthem team.
Sebastian is vigilantly discovering and cultivating incredible musician / producers from various disciplines and areas of the music world and bringing their talents to advertising.
MARKETING - Katie Gebhard is a 10 year marketing executive who has worked with some of the biggest IP and brands in the world.
At Sony, Katie managed the marketing of over 1,200 films placed in retailers like Walmart, Target and Best Buy. She also handled national promotions from inception to completion, including media, packaging and retailer relations. At Fox as an international theatrical marketing executive, Katie worked on the award winning Life of Pi and X-Men franchise creating brand alliances with companies like Mercedes and Diner’s Club.
Katie brings her marketing and advertising expertise, client perspective and team-management skills to the Anthem team
SYNC - Brice Gaeta is a music agent at International Creative Management (ICM) and a founder of ICMSync.com, an online e-commerce platform to license music and media to professionals in film, television, advertising and new media.
Mr. Gaeta represents film and television composers, scoring critically acclaimed hit projects like Handmaids Tale, Grey’s Anatomy, Family Guy and The Marvel Franchise. Partnering with Anthem, Gaeta brings both ICMSync’s licensing capabilities and ICM’s artist involvement to advertising and new media projects.
